  5. Work with your agent to submit an offer on a home. Once your offer is accepted, you will go through the inspection, appraisal, and survey period.

  6. Your agent will thoroughly review all inspection reports and make you aware of any major issues or flaws with the home.

  7. If you’re getting a loan, it will go through the final approval process and you will obtain homeowners’ insurance.

  8. Make it to closing day – sign final paperwork, deposit down payment, deed recording.

  9. Get the keys to your new home! Congrats!
